1. Thou shalt not kill;
2. Thou shalt have no children if thou art poor (so that they will not be exploited during their entire lives);
3. Thou shalt not have many children (to avoid unemployment);
4. Thou shalt not overpopulate thy country;
5. Thou shalt give a small inheritance to thy children when they reach adulthood;
6. Thou shalt not put thy children into debt;
7. Thou shalt not lie to thy kin by making them believe in a heaven or other world after death;
8. Thou shalt not impose thy religion onto thy newborn children and thou shalt make sure that they join no religion before reaching adulthood;
9. Thou shalt not leave the education of thy children in the hands of the religious;
10. Thou shalt not leave the healthcare of thy kin in the hands of the religious.

And a few more for good measure?

11. Thou shalt use machines to improve the living conditions of those around thee;
12. Thou shalt live in a small country in order to ensure that it is truely democracy;
13. Thou shalt honour thy father and thy mother only if they are honourable.
