Participants’ Guide, for Marchers in our Contingent

Date:	Sunday August 19^th 2018
Access for Marchers:	Ste-Catherine St. W. at Mackay, go south on Mackay St. until René-Lévesque
Our Rallying Point (Assembly Zone):	René-Lévesque boul. near the corner of Mackay
Order of our Contingent in the Parade:	Number 88
Rallying Time:	Between 11:30 am and Noon
Departure Time of Parade:	13:00
Parade Route:	Along René-Lévesque boul., until Alexandre-DeSève

Access to Parade Via Mackay St.

There will be a moment of silence—3 or 4 minutes—at around 14:30.
Toilets will be available in two places in the Assembly Zone.
There will be an emergency lane on each side of René-Lévesque boul. These lanes must be kept free of any obstacles.
There will also be emergency crossings of René-Lévesque boul. which must be kept free.
We suggest you wear your LPA t-shirt if you have one. If not, it is suggested that you wear blue, the theme colour of the 2018 parade.
More than 180 groups are expected to participate in the parade. We are group number 88.
Consider bringing: sunglasses? sunscreen? hat? bottle of water?
